WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, with a maximum of 3 business days during peak times.

The standard delivery time is 6-14 business days for customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU.

Please note that during the Christmas season, which is our busiest period, there may be unexpected delays in dispatching and shipping your orders.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within the first 12 hours after they have been placed. After this 12-hour window, any requests for cancellation or modification may be rejected. If you encounter any issues with your order or notice any errors in the shipping address immediately after checkout, please contact us at support@senvive.com.

We are not responsible for lost packages at fault of the courier’s delivery or lost packages due to addresses incorrectly provided.
